VSP152072 NORGREN Blow Molding Valve Group Maintenance Kit

After using the blow molding machine for a period of time, irregular maintenance using the VSP152072 NORGREN Blow Molding Valve Group Maintenance Kit may cause equipment failure and reduce efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly maintain and repair the equipment to effectively extend its service life.

No feeding in the feeding layer: Check several situations: If the hopper is empty, if so: quick feeding is needed. If not: ensure that the lift control contactor is powered. If powered, check if the motor is powered and unloaded, as in this case, the water separation pipe may be stuck in the blank (blank). A simple method is to operate manually. After confirming that the lift control contactor is not powered, check if the electronic eye used for preform testing is straight.

Sending old cards and paper trays: This situation is more troublesome, and based on our experience, if the length of the preform (blank) is longer and heavier, this phenomenon is less common. After blowing the bottle, it cannot be removed from the mold. First, open the mold, then manually open and close the mold. If so, it runs empty. Check the exhaust time settings. If the exhaust settings are correct and every blow molding fails, it can be determined that the exhaust valve is problematic. Open the exhaust valve and check the condition of the spring and seal. (Another symptom of this failure is noise or dirty exhaust). Many molds are produced normally, so if there is a mis-opening of the mold, check if the mold locking pin has loose screws. Also, check if the clamping force is too great. If it is too great, it needs to be readjusted according to standards.

It is recommended to check if the high-pressure inlet exceeds 28 BAR. Check if the high-pressure filter on the side of the mold is smooth. The working status of each valve should be ensured, ensuring accurate stretching positioning during pre-blowing and high-pressure forming. For pre-blowing and high-pressure blowing control elements, ensure that the set values are correct and the interior is flat.

Ensure that pre-blowing is not too late and the time is not too long. Otherwise, the high-pressure blowing time is too short, and the effective cooling time of the bottle in the mold is insufficient. The exhaust holes of the bottom mold should be flat. Increase the heating rate in the area where the bottom corners are located or increase the number of lamps to raise the temperature in that area. This can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the bottle body (weight and thickness of the bottle body partition). Lower the temperature in the thinner areas to distribute the base corner material to these areas.

In summary, to better use the equipment in the operation of the blow molding machine, it is necessary to strictly follow the work regulations for equipment maintenance and regular inspections, and to maintain it in a timely manner so that the equipment can work better.
